Richard P. Turco
Richard Peter Turco is an American atmospheric scientist, and Professor at the Institute of the Environment, Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, University of California, Los Angeles.[1] He won an award in 1986, from MacArthur Fellows Program.
